Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SVA, you agree to these Terms. If you use SVA on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

SVA provides AI avatar services for real-time customer interaction, including streaming, configuration tools, and knowledge-driven conversational capabilities.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and billing information.
• Protect credentials and control account access.
• Promptly report unauthorized access or security incidents.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive use.
• No attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass service safeguards.
• You are responsible for obtaining required consent before processing voice, camera, or personal data.

5. Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of customer data and uploaded content. You grant SVA a limited license to process such data only to provide and improve the services under your instructions and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

SVA and its software, models, trademarks, and documentation are owned by SVA or its licensors. Except for rights explicitly granted, no rights are transferred.

7. Fees and Payment

Paid plans are billed under your order form or plan terms. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update features, limits, and technical requirements over time. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, SVA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law specified in your signed commercial agreement. If none applies, default governing law and venue will be determined by SVA's contracting entity.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
